About the role

As a Customer Success Manager at GoWit, you will own and drive customer success across our retail media solutions, ensuring our clients, top-tier retailers and global brands, achieve maximum value from their investment. You will be a trusted advisor, combining customer success best practices with deep knowledge of the retail media ecosystem, and data-driven insights to guide clients toward measurable business outcomes.

Customer Success and Growth

  • Take full ownership of the Success Plan for each assigned customer, aligning on clear objectives and success metrics (e.g., client retention %, adoption growth, revenue expansion).
  • Develop and execute strategies that accelerate adoption of GoWit's retail media solutions, unlocking measurable value for clients.
  • Foster long-term partnerships that lead to advocacy, retention, and account growth across retailer and brand stakeholders.

Retail Media & Industry Expertise

  • Stay ahead of trends in retail media, commerce advertising, and digital marketing to guide clients on best practices (e.g., familiarity with programmatic, DSPs, sponsored ads, retail media networks).
  • Consult with clients on media strategies, campaign optimizations, and monetization opportunities within their retail ecosystems.
  • Interpret retail media KPIs (e.g., ROAS, incremental sales lift, sponsored placements performance) and translate them into actionable insights for customer teams.

Adoption & Engagement

  • Maintain a strong focus on driving platform adoption and usage, ensuring clients fully leverage GoWit's features.
  • Set clear adoption milestones, implement best practices, and proactively monitor performance data to identify growth opportunities.

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Build strong, trusted relationships across marketing, eCommerce, merchandising, and media teams within client organizations.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams (Product, Sales, and Engineering), ensuring alignment and timely delivery of value.

Problem-Solving & Strategic Support

  • Identify, address, and resolve customer issues efficiently, with a data-driven and consultative approach.
  • Anticipate risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate challenges before they impact performance.

Product Knowledge

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of GoWit's retail media solutions, analytics tools, and product roadmap.
  • Achieve required certification levels and stay current on industry innovations, product features, and competitive landscape.
